DMCA Notice Requirements

For copyright claims, include the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, the exact location on FishQuest.net, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
